Gabriel Benson started out as a sign writer, most of his work was for real estate agents and developers. He serviced areas from the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast.
In the year 2000 he decided to get into the property market, building up a property portfolio of 7 houses some of which he still manages today.
Making signs for real estate agents for 20 years meant he got to know a lot of agents who taught him about real estate.
He has bought, renovated and sold many properties.
He has knowledge of capital gains, depreciation, property management, over capitalization, investment and tax.
Over the years he has developed the ability to “READ” people. He can sense if they are browsers or genuine buyers. He has developed negotiation skills to extract the maximum price for vendors.
His knowledge and experience means you can trust him to get you the highest possible price for your property.
Gabriel is a family man with 4 children and 9 grandchildren who help him catch fish and mud crabs on weekends. He currently lives in Bellmere.
