Experienced real estate professional Vicki Pain has expanded her business and will open Ray White Rural Eumundi on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
With 15 years experience in the industry, selling both residential and rural property, Ms Pain who currently owns Ray White Rural Dayboro felt now was the right time to expand her business and offer local homeowners the opportunity to work with Australasia’s largest real estate brand.
“Eumundi is currently dominated by independent real estate companies so it will be great to offer the local community a chance to work with such an advanced and well known brand,” she said.
“Everything from the technology to the marketing support can’t compare to what’s offered by a smaller brand,” Ms Pain explained.
As well as the strength of the brand, Ms Pain is excited to be able to offer their customers more exposure and greater coverage, with a team full of local area experts between the two businesses.
“Our clientele is after a particular lifestyle. They may want to move out of the city and base themselves in the hinterland or near the ocean, but still be close enough that they can commute if necessary,” Ms Pain said.
“Being able to utilise both locations and reach a wider audience, at both a residential and rural level, is going to be extremely beneficial for our vendors and buyers.”
Stephen Nell, CEO of Ray White Rural said Ms Pain was the ideal person to launch the first Ray White office in the Eumundi area.
“Through her solid reputation, Vicki is a well-known and respected agent in her local community. We are thrilled to support her as she grows her business in the wider residential and rural markets,” Mr Nell said.
With a strong focus on the customer, the Ray White team have built a reputation for maintaining exceptionally high standards of customer service.
“Our customers are the most important thing about our business so we make sure we look after them as individuals rather than just another transaction,” Ms Pain said.
“We’re a genuine, small family business that runs three generations deep. We remain family orientated and community-minded and can’t wait to spread our wings.”
