Ray White Ipswich principal Warren Ramsey is expanding his growing business and opening a rural franchise in his hometown to service the rural needs of the Ipswich and
Somerset regions, the Brisbane Valley and the Scenic Rim rural communities.
Mr Ramsey, who is a country boy at heart who grew up in Jandowae on the Western Downs and spent his early years working on a property in the Northern Territory, said he was excited to be opening Ray White Rural Ipswich to expand his business and take it to the next level.
He said he is excited to reach more clients through the White family owned and led leading rural network.
“I’ve always loved the country and have been doing rural and agricultural sales for many years. In fact I live in the Brisbane Valley so for me this is a natural extension of my business and passion too,” Mr Ramsey said.
“There has been huge demand for people looking for lifestyle properties in the Ipswich, Somerset and Scenic Rim region and down to Boonah as it’s an easy commute to Toowoomba, Ipswich and Brisbane.”
Warren Ramsey has owned Ray White Ipswich for more than 26 years and in that time has seen the company grow to include a highly successful residential sales team and an outstanding residential property management division. His hands on approach and easy going personality has commanded widespread respect within the Ipswich community.
He knows the area like the back of his hand with Mr Ramsey saying that local knowledge will be one of his biggest assets. Community is also very important to the Ramseys.
