Ray White Rural Charleville levels up

By Laura Tacey

LOCAL rural business specialists Mark and Virginia Minnis have now realised their long held ambition of opening a one stop property business under the Ray White banner in Charleville.

After owning Ray White Rural Charleville for the last 10 years, the family have now bought the residential franchise in the outback Queensland centre to become a full service property centre to serve their beloved community.

“I have been waiting for this day to come and I am so excited to level up,” Mr Minnis said.

“It’s a new decade and a new era,” Mr Minnis said.

The family has built a business on customer service and reliability, along with a good clientele base which has helped grow their business to where it is today.

“Our business is built on family values. I have the experience and the work ethic and the backing of the innovative and supportive Ray White network.

Ray White Rural Charleville has great success with on farm sales straight from the paddock in both cattle and sheep which has been a great asset to this business due to good support of local and interstate purchasers.

“Lots of people are looking to the bush for a lifestyle change right now. I know buyers are looking for a more secure place to raise their families, especially during the COVID crisis,” Mr Minnis said.

“I love the bush. It can be a challenge but I still drive up driveways and call people on the phone every night just to have a yarn. We are the place to go now in Charleville for rural, residential, commercial, clearing sales and property management rentals.

“We are in the same premises but our team is expanding and we are all so excited about taking this business to the level level.

“We’re in the same shop at 72 Wills Street, Charleville and look forward to the next decade of growth.”

Ray White Rural and Livestock Managing Director Stephen Nell said he was thrilled to see the Charleville business expanding.

“We are always so happy when we see people realise their dreams with us. I am very happy for Mark and Virginia and their team and look forward to supporting them into the future.”
