Trusted Doonan name joins Ray White Rural

By Laura Tacey

REAL estate expert Rob Farley is set to combine his local knowledge with the capabilities of Australasia’s leading agency, Ray White.

Mr Farley, who has almost three decades of sales experience, will open Ray White Doonan in February. The opening of his new business has been a long term goal for Mr Farley.

“Ever since I started in real estate I have been working towards this. I know the market in this part of the Sunshine Coast really well and I’ve been a part of the community as a real estate agent for eight years,” Mr Farley said.

Brand recognition and support was a big part of why Mr Farley chose to partner with the Group and said no matter where you are, everyone is familiar with Ray White.

“I have been watching Ray White for a long time and seeing the agency go from success to success, I knew they would be the best place to offer unrivalled training and support,” he said.

“They have a strong name and backing from some of the best in the business that will help me offer second to none service to our clients.”

Mr Farley is already a successful auction agent, while the Ray White Group has a 27 per cent auction market share nationally. Not only will he be using the sales method to the advantage of his customers, he also prides himself on his integrity and committed work ethic.

“Our goal is to do what we are doing and do it well. We want to have a good list to sell ratio and unmatched customer service that keeps people coming back whether they are buying, selling, listing or just need advice,” Mr Farley said.

“They can always expect professional and honest service from us and plenty of hardwork in helping them achieve their goals with their most important assets.

“We also hope to bring some fresh energy to the area and don’t plan on doing things just because that’s how it’s done. Innovation is key to our business.”

Mr Farley said throughout 2020 they were seeing a mixture of buyers coming to the region including an influx of interstate buyers.

“COVID has made a lot of people seriously consider a treechange and pull the trigger earlier. At the start of 2020 the area had a huge surge in sales prices that continued through the rest of the year.”

Ray White Rural Managing Director Stephen Nell welcomed Mr Farley to the Ray White Rural network.

“We are delighted that Rob has chosen to partner with Ray White Rural and have no doubt he and his team will be an asset to the group,” Mr Nell said.

“We look forward to supporting him and celebrating his success.”
